Gary Mook is a photographer based in Las Cruces, New Mexico with more than 25 years experience behind the lens. He has covered many major news and sporting events such as The Mike Tyson Trial, The Kentucky Derby, The Breeders Cup, The Final Four, The Indianapolis 500, and The Brickyard 400. His work has been published in Sports Illustrated, The New York Times and Life Magazine. Mook’s professionalism, eye for detail, and photojournalism background will bring a fresh and unique look to your images, capturing the moments that tell your story.

After leaving University Of Kansas, he went straight into the newspaper business. He has worked for The Topeka Capital-Journal, The Charlotte Observer, The Indianapolis Star, and was Director of Photography for United Press International in Indianapolis and continues to freelance for numerous clients.
